Just wondering whether or not players with certain milestones like 50M+ Experience in a single skill OR a 200M skill etc have access to the HLF's.
Also would like to know if Approved Fansite Staff have access to these forums too?
Thanks for letting me know! ~ in Advance.
Hi Alt Codes
Just for reference, I'm the one who looks after this thread to give players HLF access now.
In regards to your question, this forum section (the High Level forums) is only for players who have reached at least level 99 in all skills (RS3). So fansites, players with a certain amount of experience or players who max out in Old School don't have access to this forum section. Only players who have reached at least level 99 in each skill.
I'm eligible, but ... what happens when Invention comes out for example?
Of course it's worth it! If you have 99 in each skill, you've earned this forum section!
As long as you have HLF access before the new skill comes out, you will not lose your access (unless you've been removed from the HLF manually). So now that you have access, if a new skill comes out, you'll continue to have HLF access.
Now that you've been given access - don't forget to read the HLF Guidelines and Strike System post found here

Also, you can post an introduction about yourself or just say hi to some of the people on the HLF within this thread

If there's any problems, you can always tweet me at @JagexLee
I check this thread every Wednesday and Sunday, so if you don't receive access right away, that's why.
If you haven't been given access to the HLF after posting on this thread, it is most likely because of your past history on the RuneScape Official Forums. If you'd like to ask why, you can ask me to message you on this thread and I will send you an inbox message explaining why you have not been given access.
Also, you must have 99 Divination (including 99 in all of the other skills) to get access to the HLF. So for those of you are applying without 99 Divination, get 99 first and then re-apply
