Although I'm an English speaker, the hints sometimes aren't very clear at all. I think it was "The number of exemplary gratia who never made it into Gielinor can be measured in a thousandth of an ampere hour".

For the matter, "a thousandth of an ampere hour" stands for 3.6 coulomb. That still makes no sense but we got some progress!
