Will your JMod accounts have the same JMod tools that JMod accounts at Jagex HQ do? What limits will they have in comparison to Jagex HQ JMod accounts?

Can you personally ban players using those accounts, as well as mute? Change stats etc..? Or is it just a static account with a flashy gold crown and a mute ability which is applied to other accounts like PMod ones are?
