Jagex should reimburse customers with free game credits (runecoins, spins, extended membership, gifts, etc.) as proof of Jagex's sincere apology for these unreasonable inconveniences.
Fortunately, there are customers volunteering to help fix Jagex's game.
So, Jagex should include all current volunteers in the reward program because players are still helping to fix Jagex's unreasonably flawed product.
