It's 100% fake, gotta be. If he knew someone could expose what he said he wouldn't do it, which obviously anyone will be smart enough to know that.

It's either from a private server or photoshopped in like 10 mins. How do people believe that so easily? damn lol

Well Jagex could easily check the chat logs I'm guessing, so there's no problem here.
