Is Zaros the god chosen by the elder gods?

It was said that lore wise Divination and the yet to be revealed skill will be opposites, including fractions opposing divination.
Does this mean the 'mystery skill' has something to do with using the divine energy by giving it to a certain god, earning its favour in the process?
