why cant you guys just make another server without the grand exchange and all that make it the exact combat before the eoc and everything that most people want back. you lost 30k players in one day... almost everyone i have talked to hates eoc and wants old rs back. i feel like everyones opinion matters especially people i know who have been members since 2001. at least try to make a new server that doesnt mess with the eoc because like you said the you cant get the grand exchange in 2 different servers to work. so just take it out of the old rs2 version. you say it costs a lot but if you lost 30k people in a day im sure that doesnt help a whole lot either**** is one of my favorite games id hate to see it go. but i for one do not like this update a single bit. i dont like that you need defence for range things i dont like how people abuse basic abilities in wildy and just build up to the ultimate. id love to see old rs come back in a new server and anyone who like the eoc then fine. but i feel like our opinion didnt really matter to much in the decision you guys made.ive been a member for almost 7 yrs now and i feel like quitting and i probably will just like a ton of other ppl. even though it sucks to do so.

I personally like the EoC changes, It has its positives and negitives. I was disappointed that my game play screen above the chat box must be smaller while in battle to use the hotkeys. I also believe the vine-whip has lost all purpose, the special attack and poison were the best things about it and now its as useful as a regular abbysal whip and working so hard for it is unreasonable. Please make some changes to the vine-whip situation. My idea was to put the hotkey box where the old quest list used to be so it is not in the way and can be easily clicked out of also there should be a way to see the aura that shows wings at all times, when only in combat its not so cool to have... Another issue that I have is the "solomons store" paying members should get some more freebees or coins to buy what they would like. I have been playing runescape since i was 11 years old I am now 22, Not everyone liked the switch from rsc to rs2 and then it caught on as eoc will adventually. Alot of my friends have quit and that is one of the biggest issues here, half the game was about friends and working with them...no one to work with when they all quit. I will keep playing but if my opinion matters as it should hopefully you guys will do the right thing and make the game awesome again! Whos with me!

I agree with 6charger9, Runescape was the best mmo and hands down the most unique mmo I have ever played. I started back in 2002, and absolutely loved it, and even when rs2 came out I felt the same way. But with the EoC update I feel as if runescape has lost a lot of its uniqueness, I think jagex should listen to their loyal players many of whom spent their childhoods playing this game. My favorite aspect of this game was being able to be a pure, and EoC has completely ruined it. You say you want to refresh the game which is good that you want to be innovative and everything, but when you change the game to such drastic measures it ruins the novelty this amazing game once had. I am utterly disappointed with this new update as are many players, as I'm sure you've been able to witness yourself. I hope there is something that can be done to bring back some of the uniqueness this game once had, and if not well good fight jagex, it was a good run, but this has ruined and changed Runescape in a major way.

I like the EOC, yea rs was fun before the update but it got old really fast no you can do different things with combat. All the pkers that say this is stupid dont no how to pk with skill, now there is tactics in your fights not lets see who can get down to 400hp and then eat while the other person trys to spec so dumb there is so much more to it now.

One thing i don't like and i HOPE JAGEX READS THIS!!! *hat they made brews way to underpowered or made other food like sharks and rocktail overpowered for healing u, u can eat one rocktail and heal as much as 1 full brew. 1 dose of brew should be about half to 3/4 the heal of a rocktail otherwise they are pointless....

I love the EOC but am highly upset that I suddenly can't use bakriminel bolts anymore. I'm using an armadyl crossbow and an offhand rune crossbow so I obviously have the weapons needed to use these bolts. Please look into this for me and I would be very satisfied with the update.

Jagex keep special attacks please...make a special attack bar..something. Just make something so it is possible to actually ko people. Legit fights are fun but you dont want to just be doing those all of the time. Sometimes you want to be claw rushing, sometimes you want to actually be able to just spec someone out. If a low level can live from the assault of a much higher level say in clan wars, then that is totally out of the question. Dont just make abilities, SPECIAL ATTACKS ARE WHAT MAKES YOUR GAME DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS. THEY ARE WHAT PEOPLE WANT. Please jagex. Listen to me on this one. Keep special attacks in and you wont regret it.

Jagex please KEEP SPECIAL ATTACKS. AS WELL AS THIS PLEASE MAKE IT SO THAT THERE ARE DOUBLE BATTLE PLACES AS WELL AS SINGLE BATTLE. Look, if you are with a team, having fun. Being with your clan is fun out in the wilde. But everyone is going to have themselvs on single battle. Understand this. If everyone is always on single battle then you are practically taking out clans in the wilderness and everything. It makes it completely unfun. To build on this, I WOULD RECCOMEND THAT YOU ALSO KEEP THE IDEA OF SKULLS. Without skulls, you cannot actually have fun in your good armour. You cannot be killing dragons without alot of worry on your hands. Even if you never hurt anyone. I would have liked to just go out and fight a regular fight risking my d boots and glory wearing dharok. But now, for one, i cant. And for two, it is hard to even find a dharok fight because right when you run into the wilderness people start automatically attacking you. Please listen to me jagex. I have been playing a while and I am fine with change. I like most of your updates, i think you do have good ideas. I know you have spent alot of money to make this. I know that you think it will help and i wont doubt you but. Honestly, this time, people really are going to leave. If you don't make changes soon your rs community may be broken. Special attacks are unique, skulls i believe are unique. Keep those with you throughout the game. Even with how limited they are, it is what rs is about, and is what the people want. Uniqueness.

HATE IT : ) Way to complicated and really confusing. i just want to know what was going through the heads of Jagex.. All these players happy with how things are and bam completly change everything.. its not even runescape anymore. I have had many accounts since 05 and now I can say with out a doubt I am done with this game.. its only getting worse, dont fix whats not broke!! I will highly encourage everyone I know to also move on to different games, this is garbage. Maybe I should go play World of Warcraft, they seem to do things right. or atleast you never hear any complaints. MAKE SOMETHING FOR THE PLAYERS THAT DONT WANT THIS UPDATE!! OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE HATE IT.. CHECK THE POPULATION IN THE WORLDS. LOWEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. BITE THE BULLET AND ADMIT YOU SCREWED UP AND FIX IT!!! :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O :O

why is all of these people saying yay? jagex just ruined there game they made it way to much like wow i liked this game cuz it wasnt even close to wow and now look its exactly like it way to ruin a classic i have played this for 6 years and loved the combat style and now i was scared to log on and i was right they ruined the game i have loved for so long ya u might new players but you will lose alot of the players who have been with this game for years think about that jagex i miss the old combat alrdy i cried i was so upset rly messed this up
