did they say they don't have the funds? joking right? squeal and what ever they are scamming off of us, i don't play much since they messed up the game but really guys. the drop in players you'd think you'd learn something? the 68k players online now is probably all bots. So this is what the game has come to...

They should do something whit the Combat difference really 200s getting owned by players who are below 150. Thats kinda lame.... what was the point of getting maxed combat skills.
Almos all of the high level i knew have quited.

There are 64k players online atm.
Before EOC there where 120k players online atm.
This game has litterly lost 30% of its players.

Jagex has no idea what they are doing, really. First of all, they say they wanna make the game more about the tactics. Well, if they try to make RuneScape look like other games, what's the 'point of difference'? If someone wants to play World of Warcraft, they play World of Warcraft. It is as simple as that. They add SoF, skills become more AFK'able, and tbh, they are doing the opposite of what they want to. They want to make more money (i assume). They say in a video about EoC, and i quote: "Tell us what you really think about the update". The majority of people do NOT like this update, thousands have quit, and Jagex try desperately to do something to make people stay. They are doing the opposite of what they are supposed to, and according to statistics on how many that have quit, people do want the old RuneScape. Theres a good reason people like 2006scape and such. (You don't see old versions of World of Warcraft comming out, heh). Another example here is South Park. You see them changing the graphics of their show? NO. It's the games charm. I honesly cannot believe that they don't see this. In my point of view, they add thing that they think will look cool, just so that they get something to do. They should really just talk to the majority of the people of what they want, how they want it and such. Its simple logic!
If they do not listen to their customers, they will go bankrupt. And honestly, i think this will be the result.
LISTEN TO US JAGEX, WE WANT THE OLD GAME BACK.

I'm a maxed player 2496 totals.. I've played Rs for a long time already. If I hadn't quit yet, It's just cuz I hate losing the good friends I made here. However my best friend here (maxed too) is slowly taking distance as well.. In a week I saw him twice only. I know they are not gonna change the game back to the way it was. But I'm not gonna change my way of thinking either. I had the chance to give Jagex my opinion and I did. I told them I didn't like it, but I was going to give it a fair try.. Well, I think it's coming to an end.. no more tries after this year, if nothing is done. It could be a good thing tho.. I admit I was very addictive to Rs. at least I got the cure now........ :(

You should've just made special attacks for most of the weapons, two special attack bars with different abilities for members, special attacks for all 2h weapons in f2p but one bar energy, and each special attack in f2p would take like 70- 100% energy to execute. Maybe members coulda had a special attack and a custom special attack or maybe a defensive ability. Maybe one bar of special attack that you could use with all weapons(or none at all) and one bar for the ability of the weapon itself, a custom finnisher ability would be cool, abilities that you could unlock through combat skills like str atk and def, and will still be able to execute that custom special attack without a weapon.

I no longer play RuneScape, it's not RuneScape anymore.
