My question for Jagex, Will the new website and the forums receive a better load time to coincide with RS3's theme of making things run faster.

It seems that on some days currently the Forums can be a little slow to load.

Why does Jagex develop the forums from scratch rather than using third party software like phpBB that can support more features?

Currently, the HLF is the only place on the fourms where links are able to be shared. I believe that having the freedom to share links and post images is essential to easier communication and is worth the risk of abuse from unsavory users. Will the rest of the forums gain these abilities, as the forums can already handle them?

Why was the knowledge base converted to a wiki in 2011? I miss having the assurance information in the articles came from official sources.
