Indeed they can! They have the almighty power of the big yellow backround button that says they can! After all the fabulous work Drebin has done, I think he's entitled to.

Well... they are taking the "grey zone" into their favour.
He was a great Community Jagex Mod, you'll only see those to create leaving threads, give him some freedom. xD
