The HTML 5 Beta has been out for quite some time now - It was something you had to sign up for pre-launch, and if did that and you were selected for it you should have been messaged.

Also, in regards to the 'no link anywhere' theres a big button on the bottom of the main news banner on the homepage that says 'Runescape Beta' >~<

Jagex, were still waiting for the Orb of Oculus to be included in html5, before making sick videos, screens etc.

p.s. Orb of Oculus is currently also broken in the live game.
