well as you are new you will want to please everyone as we know so why dont you and all the other mods try,try i say to make a new server like you did with 07scape and make back to a 09scape. 09scape was my whole childhood i spent all of my time on 09and 10 and 11 on rs and i know many others did so too. i9think that you should bring it back
1-xp was faster
2-money was easier
3-more friendly
4-less lag
