Augh. A week left with only weekdays left.. 12 days (only 1 weekend) is definitely not enough notice time to produce a clean and detailed picture.. at least not from a busy artist's schedule. Doesn't help with "before Dec 8" suggesting a deadline of Friday 7:00PM EST. Why don't you extend the time to a full 2 weeks by making it some morning GMT time on Monday. Would be so much nicer to have that second weekend and you'll probably get more quality pics that way.
