I cannot say I am a fan of the event itself due to some specific reasons I will share elsewhere on these forums, but I do appreciate the entire community-side to this event in particular and events as a whole.
"Good" and "Evil" are merely interpretations of alignment, so I will have to say I am siding with Team Righteous in particular due to the lovely support it seems to garner for and from the penguins of Gielinor ^_^ .

Pardon the interjection as you were asking Jamesedison1 the question, but I thought I would answer just in case he or she does not respond.
That mask would be the Ghoulish Mask from the 'Tricks and Treats' promotion for the Squeal of Fortune, and aside from the rather lovely forum avatar look, it actually allows one to transform into a ghostly figure as a whole and take a full-fledged Adventurer's Log picture with it.
It lasts from the start of today, as in the 26th of October as per GMT, until Monday, the 5th of November at 23:59GMT. If you are hoping to get it, it should be kept in mind that there is an increased chance to win them for the first six days of the promotion.
If you want a bit more information about the promotion itself, I would suggest reading the news-post on the homepage pertaining to it and titled 'Scream of Fortune: Tricks and Treats'. Just your friendly neighborhood team player.
