WHAT!!... No No No People... What has Halloween always been? A day for people to Dress up as something they was never once before or ever been. This is a Holiday that people can be WHAT EVER they wish to be... So why Be "GOOD" this Halloween. You was always "Good" in the Days before.
So it is time to be BAD!! Not a break the Rules Bad... A Evil BAD... Lets Mess with Mod Mike while he walk around Gielinor. Lets get him when he is not Paying attention. Lets make him Scared while walking in Gielinor!
So for this Halloween lets Follow Mod Sabre and Team Heinous and feed off the FEAR and Scared who sleeps with a nightlight next to his Bed.

Thats a typical halloween but when you talk about spreading darkness and chaos to the peaceful towns of varrock and falador thats a different thing. We can not just stand by and let that happen. And no one is to be defeated till the smoke has cleared and a victor is standing.
