Also got 109 Dungeoneering, but the last time I went to elementary school 109 was greater than 99 ;-)

I know there's been exceptions before and I would love to have access to a forum which isn't spammed with rants. The sheer amount of garbage posted on the regular forums keeps me from even trying to create any threads with my feedback as I know no-one would actually read it, by having access to the HLF I believe I would actually enjoy the forums.

Mod Seven: You need 99 in ALL stats to access the HLF. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
