Hey guys, I currently have 95 slayer and 109 Dungeoneering, and only 360k till 110, I was wandering if you would allow me on the high level forums. I see that the requirement for it is 99 in all skills, the reason I haven't gotten 99 slayer is because I want to show some of my friends that I have the patience to get completionist cape at the same time as max cape. I have a higher total level, and a higher total exp than is required for max cape. Please accept my request and in return I'll try my best to contribute to the forums, thank you very much.

I don't think this will work. They didn't let me in early when I was 3700xp away from max cape lol
