Hello, my names Jonny and I would like to apply for access to the high level forums. While I don't actually have 99 in every skill, I do consider my self to be "at the top-end of the RuneScape experience." with over 1 billion total xp and over 500 days played. I see no reason why the fact that i'm missing 2 99s should stack me lower than people who currently have access to the 'hlf' with far less Runescape experience than myself in a forum that you claim to be for experienced top end players.
If that isn't reason enough for me to have access, I will also point out that the 2 99s that I don't have on this account, i have on my second account "plum". therefore, I am technically maxed as I HAVE earned every single 99 in the game.
Thanks for reading and hopefully you will find me worthy of a place in your high level forums and look forward to posting there is i gain access... if not, at least I tried right?
On another note, if you want, feel free to throw in a max cape for me also, would be much appreciated!

Nice, I write a full application post and you don't even have the respect to give me a proper reply to my application. you keep fishing for those laughs due to your edit, i'm sure you will get at least a few. I dislike elitist players, but when its an elitist staff member, don't you guys have a rule about naming and shaming? I'm sure attempting to humiliate me should fall under the same category does it not?
its funny how you show me such little respect with your reply, since I have likely put more time into this game than the hours you have worked for jagex.
As for the decline, I guess I cant say i'm surprised since i technically don't meet the requirements, but then again, nether will anyone here soon sooo...

I wasn't fishing for laughs, dear chap; just trying to get through the many applications that are posted each day as efficiently as possible. As you don't have anywhere near the right levels to gain access (80 Attack, 46 Defence at the moment), it's a bit of a fruitless exercise to apply when the entry criteria are so clearly laid out in the first post of this thread.
To that end, please only post on this thread again when you have the requisite levels.
