Hello Mods,
I would like to ask for access to HLF, I am a long veteran to Runescape, Mature and a rule abiding member of Runescape, I have a grate strong past on the fourms and wish to gain further knowledge to max level, it is only through Real life responsibilities that I have not have enough time to 99 all. I am in much contact with many of the top 10, and it would be very helpful if I could have access to the HLF.
