I know this is totally the wrong place, but it seems like the only place i may be able to get a Jagex mod's attention.
I have currently been trying to recover an account via emailing the support team, and have not had a reply for 7 days. I have tried posting in an appropriate place but i have got no answers. I would just like to know how long it is going to take to get my main back as there is currently somebody else playing on it.
If some more attention could be put towards fixing this problem I (and a lot of others) would really appreciate it.
