hey guys, i've been a long time fan of the game, i started playing roughly back in 2001 or 2002. I always wanted to become a J mod as a kid, like most other players because of all the in-game benefits obviously. But recently i've actually gotten to start liking software developing and designing, and i'm fluent in a few different computer languages such as XHTML java and javascript. So naturally i thought it'd be a great opportunity to do something i love, as well as help the game i've played since a kid progress even further. So, I was wondering what kind of requirements you guys are looking for when you hire new members to your crew. Please respond =]
