I will give some straight feedback + suggestions instead of disguising them into questions (except for #2, which has a question). I hope you don't mind.
1) Global cool-down should only apply to abilities. Any other activity (like swapping weapons) when done from action bar should not bring global cool-down, for it discourages hybriding and variety in combat. In the live game things like equipping items and activating special attacks / prayers do not interfere that way either.
2) Is there a way to get someone on the target interface while not in combat? In BTS video #3 the guy in full dragon has apparently done it, because he uses Barge from out of combat. It means he had the target selected before the fight, while I only seem to achieve that by doing a regular attack first. Abilities like Barge, Snipe and many others would be excellent ways to start a fight. Could be this way: click to select target & click on already selected target to attack (double click to simply attack), or click = attack & Ctrl+click = select target, or any other simple combination.
3) Changing action bars has too long delay. After clicking on the arrow or shift+(number) it takes more than a second for the other bar to appear, often 1 click is not even enough. Changing between them fast during combat is vital. On the other hand changing between other interfaces such as Inventory (key f4) and Prayers (f3) happens immediately, as if they are already loaded into memory (opposed to action bars, which content seems to be "loaded" each time you change them).
4) Remove the message that target is too far (or too close) to use an ability, and make the character move to appropriate distance automatically, as it does with regular attacks.
5) The effects of curse spells in the regular spellbook (both low/high level versions) are in my opinion too minuscule to be considered to use. Performing some short cool-down abilities or even auto-attacks instead of curses seems to have more impact.

3 Questions:
1. Knowing that there is upcoming bot nuke, will the update also render combat bots helpless if they somehow overcome the nuke in time for the update?
2. Will it now be easier to get 99's than before. (faster, cheaper, etc..)
3. What kind of impact do you think the update will have on the GE and its prices?
Cant wait to see your answers ^^. :D

Some more I thought of:
Firstly, when I asked if the Beta would have Clan Wars, my main focus was on the Clan Wars within the Gamer Grotto, especially the free for all gates, or is it the same issue preventing you from opening this? There's no extra worlds here.
Is it possible to allow us to have 2 bars at a time? I'm having space issues!
Why did you choose to make Akrisae's Warmace a melee weapon? The Akrisae set effect is pretty much void because of this mix of melee/magic.
Will we see elemental wands in the future to help out wand users? Will we see a slayer's wand? (you can't use a shield + slayer dart anymore).
Is it possible to allow for binding chat commands to the action bar? I'm thinking things like 'red:' 'send pm to person x' 'clan chat' 'shake2:' etc.
I haven't checked this issue much myself, but I hear the DFS is a melee class, shouldn't there be a ranged/magic equivalent too now?
Considered making curses/bind spells separate from normal attacks? Currently staff users have to wait before they can cast a bind, while dual-wielders will guaranteed have one off immediately (much more handy). Not to mention staff users will spend ages with no normal damage if they want to apply all the curses.
Last a commentary on Lunars;
you say the Lunar Spellbook is a support spellbook, and I understand the concept of this. But Vengeance (self) and Disruption Shield are all-on combat abilities that mages cannot use. Any Melee and Ranged user is able to take advantage of these abilities in battle, but not mages. How is it fair that Melee and Ranged can use the whole support side and fight at the same time. What massive benefit would Magic really get that we must keep away from them if they were able to use Lunars?
