Hi everyone,
As of yesterday, my previous project is completed. So, now my focus is quite firmly on this project and the high level players (my other area of responsibility).
Now, I am very keen to make sure that everyone is aware of what is going on and feels as included as possible. So, I will be talking to everyone as much as possible and giving updates as often as I can about the progress of this project.
The first task that is on my agenda is to come up with a scalable process which will allow a newsletter to be created on a regular basis while being flexible enough to include new content.
The immediate issues that I can see is coming up with a way to look through all the submissions and possible content and make sure that we are choosing the best on a regular basis. I think there are going to be a lot of late nights going on.
I can also see technical issues with the posting of a newsletter so that it always looks professional and is easy to read. It also needs to be easy to expand upon.
Anyway, rather than me rabbit on, I am going to get a plan together on how this is going to proceed which I hope to share with you early next week.
