It is a good idea to let f2p hiscores return, it makes the rankings much more accurate.
Furthermore, it was promised to be reimplemented once the bots were removed. Hope Jagex considers it seriously and keep their promisses

It wouldn't make much sense for the Old School highscores to include players that are f2p (or maybe just them which have 1 or 2 days at most since they were memb). F2P highscores was a right that had being along not only with P2P playing but F2P playing as well. As I recall, the big reason that they were removed for F2P was that many accounts for botting were F2P and affected legit players. Now they barely exist so F2P highscores should be welcomed back
