Godrunt - I think it really is a matter of presepective, go back 10~20 pages and you will see people complaining about the fact that to them it appears that only high levels get the tattoo's (High being a total lvl of 2200+).
We all started the game the same way and one of the lower levels of today could just windup being #1 on the HS Table in the future.

@Mod Kathy: what if the contestant's normal membership ended before the draw? Will he/she still be able to win even though you can't see the tattoo on the forum avatar anymore?
