Where did you get those numbers?
Also, it depends on how you look at it. Spin it on 500 accounts every day and you could get it in 20 days!

Concidering how few that got tattoo so far, i think 1/20k may be accurate.
I think the super rare prize could be anything ranging from 1/100 to 1/5000.
And getting tattoo as an option is probably 1/20 or so.
So my personal guess is that getting tattoo is 1/2k up to 1/100k
With 2 spins a day you should on average get tattoo once every 3 years up to once every 136 years, if you have one member account.
Either way, getting that tattoo within these 4 weeks, is almost impossible, and very few will succeed.

To all the people in outrage:
you don't see anyone complaining about the national lottery, and that is so hard to win. I can see how this lifetime membership is a ploy, but that doesn't mean it's rigged! It must seem to Jagex that everything they do is wrong because a minority will cause an outrage among themselves over a little thing. Yes, this competition is a means of promotion, and so now Jagex are getting slated because it's slightly unconventional and they've moved on from ad banners on Miniclip? They can't just go around giving lifetime membership to everybody, and ***ll tattoos won't be enough to get people to become a member. I could go on about this a LOT longer but final point: How do you expect Jagex to come out with new quests, skills, updates and other awesome stuff without money? And how do they get this money? Through members. And how do you get these members? Promotion. So quit your whining and get on with your life.

Mistress Kathy, will the contest be postponed if a week passes with no winners, or are you just going to keep the membership to yourself?
And will there be more chances to get lifetime membership? I promise I'll play more if it doesn't cost me more than my crappy Internet. :c

The thing is, this contest is nothing like the lottery. In order to get a chance to win the lottery, you pay $2 for a ticket. ANYONE over 18 can get a ticket. In order to get a chance to win the lifetime membership, you have to be one of the lucky few to get a skull tattoo. And that's only if you are lucky enough to get it. If not, you don't get any chance of winning.
