IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ IT ALL SKIP DOWN TO 2ND PARAGRAPH okay so is anyone else finding that you land on the tattoo or horns then i goes to 50gp 1 air rune or something like that? i personally think its a rip off even though its free all 3 people that have won these tattoos probably aren't going to see this lifetime membership thing and if one does then we are lucky.. But honestly I've landed on the tattoo and 10m twice then i switches right over and i get pretty mad its a rip. Maybe have you ever thought that people that have been playing since "runescape2" came out should maybe have like memberships 25% off or something because i can't be spending a ton of money on this crap if its just going to turn into a feast of Jagex trying to make money. I'm not sure if anybody reading this really cares but members don't get "loads" of benefits we can just most parts of the game. And really Jagex if I wasn't a member then this contest would be out of my league and I've won spirit shield upon spirit shield on my non members account, BUT GUESS WHAT! i can't use them because that account is NOT a member therefore that clearly shows non members have a better chance of winning members stuff when they clearly DO NOT HAVE ANY USE FOR IT
Well goodluck guys, too bad i have won one if these tattoos as i was ranting ^.^ jokes

There's a spinning wheel north west of the bar of items. You'll realize that the red sections are much small than the yellow and white ones, therefore giving less chance to get the red items. If you want to try and win a tattoo, or a huge lamp, or whatever, find out which little red section is the "Super Rare" item, and try to time yourself. It isn't rigged, you're just not clicking at the right time.
