^Well, you do need a skull tattoo in your avatar before you can get lucky... ;)
I haven't seen *one* tattoo in-game yet, and only once as a reward, but that means I'll have to hope I'm lucky enough to get one, and then enter this.
I may have used up all my luck ** then though...

A couple of days ago there was a tattoo in the prizes for both spins, haven't seen them since. The odds of winning are probably close to the odds of being hit by lightning inside a coal mine, you first have to get the tattoo as a possible prize then you actually have to hit on it.
