Skull Tattoo Prize Draw

I try every day to win rare items or 10m and large lamp.
I own over 500 accounts (2 P2P) and every day I spin once on all of them and the most I made per day is barely over 30k (lucky hits on 10k prize). I've noticed F2P doesn't get the option for 10m, it's rare to land on medium or small lamps, much less the very rare prize that it lands on and at the very last moment switches to 50gp instead.
So now it comes in handy with all my alts to get way more chance on a tattoo or horns than anyone else, and try winning lifetime membership for my main.
But is it rigged or is there actually proof people can and do win rares (armors, weapons, horns, tattoos)? I uploaded to YouTube proof of some of my spins and they all seem to land 1 before or 1 after a rare or unique.
