Perhaps the first soldier - who 'broke his blood' - is pretty simple minded and said the first thing that came to his simple mind. ^_^

And maybe the soldier saying 'duodenum' looked his pain up on the internet and is trying to impress the nurse by using the technical term. LOL

No notes on the character? Is he grumps, shy, young, old, loud, cheerful (But not when he's about to die) Anything to help at all so the voice will fit the character?

@Weario, there is a noise removal in Audacity, it's under effects.
