Nope, just make sure it's not too long as we will have large numbers of entries to go through.

Take as much time as you need to get the lines as you want them.

Awesome, having fun with this, the only issue is im not sure how to send it. I mean, via e-mail of course but for some reason my MP4 or WAV files dont want to be attached to my yahoo mail message :/
any ideas?

If I'm not mistaken, I think you can just take the audio file and add ".MP3" to the end. Don't quote me on it though :s

Hey,
For those asking (I have some experience with Audacity);
To save as MP3 from Audacity, you need to go to the Audacity website and then their Plug-Ins and Library page. From there you can find a FAQ about the LAME Mp3 Encoder at the bottom.
Once you have the LAME encoder installed (it's super easy) you can *export* your file as an MP3.
File > Export
I recommend clicking on Options and making sure you have it set to Constant , and Quality at 256 kbps, in Joint Stereo.

I'd like to know if the contest is held over different languages (since you also have a portugese, german and french version to your game, I don't even know if there is voice acting in the other languages)
