What if I don't have pass right now?

I've never been so far out of my home country I needed a pass.

Will the announcement of winning come so soon I'll have time to get a pass??

What about language troubles? some foreign people are not able to SPEAK good english even if they can WRITE it.

and umm.. Will I need a parent with me if I'm under 18 EVEN if I happen to have signed allowance from them? and could I then take someone else thats 18+ with me? also what if I don't happen to have parents??!

Please be more specific of this. I'ma kill to win this. I must meet my favourite moderators
