I'm so excited for this opportunity! I'll have to make my attempts at the competitions though, since I have never had any luck with drawings.

Couple quick questions though.First, why mention that the winners of the Machima competition gets a ticket before the voting is over? The problem with that, in my opinion, is you'll get a lot of people promisiing payment, etc, to other players to vote for them, just so they can win the ticket, instead of people voting for the one that they like best and who should rightfully win.

Secondly, will the competitions for tickets be varied in what they're about? Such as from video, like the machima competition, to art, to stories, to music? Or will they generally focus around one style?

man, this sounds really awesome! too bad i have like a zero chance of winning, im not lucky at all (just look at my character's total wealth) and im more of a loner on rs, so that eliminates the whole being an active community person thing for me...

If iv'e done my calculations correct... The probability of 1 person winning in the whole world is around 1/2131100000000000...
Cause if i have read the thread correctly you have to be "in the Community" so that's all the forums included in my calculations...
If however you don't have to be in a forum then I'm wrong...lol

It would be amazing to learn more about what is upcoming and what is being developed not to mention meeting all the people that make Runescape run so efficiently and seeing the U.K. I'll probably go see the country soon and others in Europe. :D ^.^

i would never be able to win... except with the prize drawing things, if i'd win tho, i'd never be able to go to cambridge cuz my parents hate to travel... but the lifetime membership would come in handy ^^ and the community involvement ticket(s) i guess go to someone like gertjaars or something like that... lol...
