I posted a thread the otherday, sort of having my first "rant" at you, but I kind of felt stupid afterwards.., it was really moaning how unfair the Machinima competition was because you really have to know how to make a video to have a good chance of winning, and I ended up getting really involoved with it, and in the end I just apologised to everyone, I couldnt help desicions, but as part of that post, I wanted to post a follow up, with ideas on what competitions I think would fit more approriatly to Runescape, more player friendly ones where everyone has a chance, to combat the negatativity of my own post but seeing this, there real is no need anymore, because you have already done so
If there was anything that I have ever wanted to do in my life to date, would be to get to see the Behind the scenes for myself at JGX HQ,
This thread makes me happy, because it is telling me I have more chanced to get to you
I will do whatever it on everyone of your mini competitions you hold to get a ticket, whatever competiton it is, gosh, I would make a full scale movie of your awesomeness just to get hold of one of those "golden tickets".
you see, Im like Charlie from "***** Wonka and the Chocolate factory", nothing ever happens to me, but soon it will, I feel it
I look forward to seeing what smart and cunning ideas you have dug out from the deepest parts of your heads to hold as competitions! I feel like a challenge

I made a promise to myself to get hold of one of the Golden Tickets, and I stood to that promise, and have one, and also it was one of the final 6 tickets given away.

^Well I can´t tell whether or not you are telling the truth, but if you are I´ll be sure to congratulate you when I know.
One of the final 6 tickets?
We´re reaching September here, and at least one competition is coming up with a Big Ticket prize (the competition ideas sticky + Newsletter give major hints to it), so it´s really coming down to this, seeing as community minded players have been given tickets already.
Nobody knows how many were given, but let´s hope there will be at least two competitions giving them out.
What? Two?
Yes, surely the entire RS community can´t rest on ONE chance to do something to win a ticket (after all, community minded players have only been who they are and thus made a terrific and wonderful addition to Gielinor).
Also, by making two different competitions, there will be such variety that everyone would find a chance to compete, many would participate in both.
There are no official figures on how many tickets have been given, but because draws are already out of the question, will tickets still go to community minded players or are the (hopefully) upcoming competitions the way to do?
I wouldn´t even compare this chance to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory since that was pure luck out of the world´s population, this... is... RUNESCAPE that gives its players several chances to be their life´s own Charlie.
This far the Big Ticket has proven to be a fantastic initiative, but the icing on the cake is not there yet!
We´re in for a couple interesting months.
