Ok so lets say someone had a great big copy machine and lots and lots of extra post cards. So shouldent there be a limit to how meany cards you can send?
I mean if I had the recorces then couldent I send a hundred million post cards?
But even if its only like a thousand, isent that a little much?
And what if im not the only persone that does it? This could add up to BILLIONS of cards.
If only 10,000 people sent 100 post cards or more thats more then a billion cards in itself. And there are more the 100,000 people who play dayly.
How will you guys be able to handle that meany cards?
And dosent that mean that people that dont send cards in have like no chance at all?
(I can picture the jagex castle bursting open due to too meany post cards stuffed into it

yes.....but good luck lol, Jagex is going to be nuked with over 4 million post cards

10,000 x 100 = 1 million actually.
I was of the understanding that it was only one per account, rather than individual. Therefore, you'd have to set up 100 accounts in order for it to qualify.
As for processing, handling items of that type, i.e. postcards, is not a major hassle. Jagex will probulary subcontract it to a 3rd party rather than having their 'highly valued, respected and well rewarded' employees waste time sorting through piles of postcards.

...here's betting they'll be on 23/7 shifts, with their only sustinence being frozen instant coffee and microwaved poptarts.
