They are obviously having a disagreement.
Mod on right - "so you seriously think that a good Christmas event, involves a fight between Bandos and Zaros? Honestly, that doesn't fit in the Christmas spirit.
Mod on Left - " boy get your mind right. That would be so sick."
Mod on Right - "seriously dude your ideas are stupid." (walks away)
Mod on Left - Remains to sit in his chair the same way with the same face that makes him look like a bird.
