Wow, you must be really wanting your true identity/username to be hidden...
But exacly as you said yourself: 'there was no rule stating you can't ask other people not related to RS or Jagex to vote for you'
If it would have been obvious, Jagex would have stated the rule, im prettty sure...
PS: you actually can not control every specific person if he/she is the member of Runescape FB community on not. Only way would have been - the people who have previously "LIKED" the runescape community - can vote. This could have been easily done!
How you imagine to control who is the member of the RS community and who is not? Runescape FB has 626,230 likes.. All the voters (around 200... total) could really have been liked the runescape community ASWELL!
Im pretty sure jagex dont have nothing against getting new members to their FB community, who dont play RS at the moment, but maybe WILL.. Its like free advertise for Jagex, to get new FB community members or new Runescape players
I agree about the part where asking cat lovers to vote for your cat picture... It gives some sort of advantage... cause there were many cat photos..
But come on, Runescape has also a Deviantart page (OFFICIAL)!
And for the last, i dont think they should get disqualified, because Jagex chose their photos into the finals, not their friends..
And you cannot punish or disqualify owners of these photos from a competition while you have no rules at all, about voting. It is not their (photo owners) fault. Dont you agree?
Everybody can be Runescapes FB community member, you dont have to be 5+ years a member in there just to call yourself a "community member"

You can count on it, 99% voters, who voted for my image, would vote again... without an advertise

If you're so sure about your friends posting again for a revote without yuo needing to tell them, then there's nothing to worry about
However, you seem to take this very personal, whilst I really don't know you on a personal level. Yes, we have mutual friends on fb (of which one of them told me about your advertising, but as a cat lover myself I saw the other winner posting it on not just 1 cat lovers page but more. I have nothing personally against you, I simply want a fair contest.
Is it fueled by jealousy? Maybe, as my entry did not make it to the finalists. However, that does not take away the competition results can not be seen as fair atm, and I'd love to see a revote.
And I'm not really clear on your last question? My Username is 3871599, my real name Hanna if that helps? I have other RS chars as well, but like I said, there has been no personal interaction between us before, the only similarities we have is a couple of FB friends and the fact that we both entered in the same competition, where you had 2 entries in the finals and me 0...
