@Arcanine_21 Jagex will contact you via your Message Centre regarding details of this sort. If you received it from your Email, it is a Phishing attempt. Read up on this thread and it will tell you how to spot these types of frauds. It will tell you everything you will need to know. You can also report any links sent to you to Jagex by emailing it to them at "[email protected]()m"
