Chrome may be faster for normal browsing, but RuneScape's ultra-laggy site redesign is making me strongly consider going back to Firefox where I can use NoScript to block some of the laggiest scripts.
As for the contest, there are currently almost 100 pages of 10 posts each, and the total prize value is 45 pounds. This means Jagex is paying about 4.5 pence per person that switches their avatar and posts here.
Is it really worth 4.5 pence to change your avatar? My answer is "no".

Fox mask added. The entertainment value of wearing a fox mask in this thread is worth far more than the expected value of entering the contest.
