Well, I believe at the beginning (s)he should be called Stoneheart, since rock magic is a large part of our nameless hobgoblin's hidden identity.
However, after absorbing/communing with the demonic energy ball, (s)he would have changed his/her name to make it sound more awe-inspiring and, well, demony.
My suggestion for this second name would be Tiir'kor(a) the Earthbound. This name is derived both from my wierd imagination, and from the Latin Terra (Earth) and Cor (heart), added together and corrupted until the name looks more like the existing demon generals'.
