nura shy'dina .
shy'dina = y as in the first consonant of yoyo, i is long as in ee, a as in rug.
nura = u as in bal"oo"n, a as in "as".
shy'dina means "in a state of blurred senses" and nura mean "flame/fire" in Aramaic, an ancient semetic language.
http://en.wikipedia****/wiki/Aramaic_language
In semetic languages the adjective comes last so together they form something like "insane/unaware/faraway flame/fire spark"
I think it's fitting because the hobgoblin was at first half mad with the whole whisper thing, and he had the spark of magic in him, than later he ran to a realm of fire and was far away from normal perception.
p.s. if anyone is curious, in (modern) written Aramaic (which is basically Hebrew) it look like this : נורה שְׁיְדִינָא

rotze'ach me'afar tzelmavet
rotze'ach = rot as in row, tze as in bed, "a" as in dark**** is a throat consonant and cannot be pronaunced or described in english, it's similar to a chaffing sound from the back of your throat.
me'afar = me as in bed**** as in en"ou"gh, ar as in dark.
tzelmavet = tz is one consonant, el as in bed, ma as in dark, vet as in veteran.
rotze'ach = killer/murderer/slayer. me'afar = (born)from ash/dust/earth/soil *of (a connector not necessary in Hebrew* tzelmavet = shadow of death, usually said in prayer or when describing a battlefield. together they form in Hebrew slayer born from the ash of death's shadow.
I think this name is appropriate, even moreso than the former, because it describes what the hobgoblin geomancer currently is; a being of destruction who was born from the ashes of death's shadow, a creature who gained his destructive capabilities in a realm torn by war and demonspawn who's hellfire turned all to ashes, moreover the portal was opened by a majharat, whom are on gielinor somewhat akin to deaths incarnate, although bilrach is described as weak and a likely sacrifice in luciens journal, so he may be more like a shadow of death, a majharat not in his prime.
this name can also mean killer who uses (or is made of) deathsoaked ground, which is basically what the hobgoblin geomancer does; kills people with earth from daemonheim, and a place more deathsoaked than that out of the wilderness i do not know...
