great. another mod contest that i've taken part in.
here's what i dislike about this stuff
1. unless you're some kind of ultimate writer, or fascinating questioner, you never win.
2.what's the chance you'll win? like at least 100,000 people are taking place!
3.i almost never finish long term ones like the shirt one that gave lifetime membership(which i was almost done ironing on), so im not going to be finished with a guide for creative writing.
sorry mod scorpion, but thats just how i think
Hi Mike, you seem to be confused, the competition simply involves suggesting a name for the character. The guide to creative writing is being made by us to give to you guys =)
Even if it is 1 / 1000000 chance, if it was to pass down to RuneScape History I would take that chance.
Offtopic; Speaking about awesome guides, I like the 'Good Suggestion Guide' from Mod Crow.
I didn't notice the Rs goodies part when I participated in the questions. I love good news
I editted some of my questions a little bit, to make the clearer.
finally more lore!! the freedom of character and the depth of the world is what keeps me drooling for every update!
And i could really use more lore
I'm currently running a tabletop RPG set in Gielinor, and it's challenging when i don't know the world inside out.
p.s. good luck to everyone in the contest (but especially me)
Nice job on the story, Scorpion. You clearly had the action bug while writing that.
[If I could humbly point out one typo, the italicized quote at the top should probably read "...other stories became attractive to me," rather than "attracted" to give the meaning I believe you were after.]
Far more importantly, I am very excited to hear that you've been talking with your compatriots about a new writing contest over at the Story Forum. I know how much work those things are to manage and judge, but they're always a huge hit with the residents.
Happy Lore Week, all!

Just finished reading Daemonheim Asunder, and I don't think I even blinked. It is a sheer work of art. In the future, you should compile all of the lores into a single peice and market it as a collection of short stories. I know I would definately buy it!
