So, does it just take Jagex a really long time to add videos to their channel after receiving them? I sent one in three days ago, and noticed that they updated their community video playlist has been updated an hour ago. However, my video still isn't accepted. Am I doing something wrong?

JaGex does not accept/favor all videos sent to them, since the Machinima contest is over they will probaly favor less videos than before. But rest assure if your video is recieved i'm sure they will try to add it. :)

Actors and crew needed.
I need
1 Person with full dragon or bandos and a strong weapon like a god-sword abyssal whip, or saradomin sword.
3 People who could dress up like noobs
and about 10 extra people who can do anything.

Tryouts will be at my house in yanille on world 22 at 10:30 AM Central . Note person trying out for the strong person please bring the costume.

What programs should I use?
Talk to me in game about it if you don't mind.
Also, please consider that I'm not trying to break any rules, but is the hypercam 2 and windows video maker a good combination for good quality videos? Can it be enhanced?
If this topic of mine is against the rules, just take it down...

I recommend using Fraps for recording and Sony Vegas for editing videos.
Using the Hypercam along with Windows movie making will give you "OK" to low quality, which is what I used when I was beginning. If possible, you should try to get your hands on something a bit better - limited trials work good too.
