Rating and Comments are allowed but Jagex prefers if there not on or you put it on so you can read it first then choose to say (YES I WANT THAT COMMENT TO SHOW! Or NO I DONT WANT IT TO SHOW BECAUSE IT PUTS MY VIDEO DOWN) Something like that Jagex are saying that because there might be a few spammers like buy something today at so and so

@Sigil Spree, Ratings and comments are allowed, but it is not a very big deal. You can Remove/Approve/Decline comments if its in your own video. As a long term Youtuber, most of the time comments are good, or there aren't many others. If someone wants to spam your video, you can remove their comments, and have them blocked from posting in your videos.
@64403 Jagex says if you worked with someone technically the prize is split between the two, so I would assume if you won the two of you would go, plus a parent/Guardian if you are both under legal age. Since in their rules they stated if two people worked the prize would be split, thus your video-making partner would NOT count as your guest (If your even ALLOWED to bring a guest).

Hey, changed my name, well I found my old account. this is theundeadpvp, machinima mantor giving some tips for making videos in the future. you need to have a quality subject, not just garbage clips of people calling each other noobs.
once you have your subject then your ready to go video making. assuming you have the software to film(I use autoscreen recorder 3.1 free.) you should get your freinds to act for you. once you have the clips check out evil yakuza's videos guides of editing. use vegas 9.0 trial? windows movie maker?whatever you need to edit your video. once you have edited all the effects, zooms and everything else you are ready to add all text you will need. now render it, save it to your conputer depending on what editor you use. now its time to upload it to youtube. once done tell your freinds to watch and get their freinds to watch! now watch the subscribers come in!!!
