Camtasia is what i use, I think it's the best one (Besides Fraps, but that consumes alot of memory) Are you using Vegas? Make sure you preview the clip before its inported into vegas. If it jumps when you preview it, try a different screen recorder. But if it laggs in vegas don't worry, You'll see the finish product when you've rendered the film. (File/RenderAs/.WMV) Rendering the video will show you what it will look like on youtube.

CamStudio is perfect. You can use a program to blend the scenes together. For instance, use Windows Movie Maker to fade the two scenes together. You can use other programs to do the same thing.

If you want to use fraps you need runescape to run in HD. Open runescape, then open Fraps and press F9 when you want to start recording and press F9 again when you want to stop recording.
Hello, i've got one last question (I think) before I should have my video finished:
I want to get a cross (as in "No more pointless money making"
into a scene when I'm doing some boring moneymaking. Is it possible to get it animated, so one line is drawn first and then the other, as if somebody is drawing on the clip?
After Effects has that option. You will need to "mask" first the cross and then put a brush on it and add a timer -when to start and when to end.
I'm not very sure about Sony Vegas.
