If you're using Song Vegas, choose 'Event Pan/Crop' on the video track and select '16:9 Widescreen TV aspect ratio' from the drop-down menu. Then on the sidebar look for Source, and change Maintain aspect ratio to 'No'. Then you can crop it to show what you like and it will take up the entire YouTube screen.
If you don't have Sony Vegas, try searching for similar setting on your video editor - you may not be able to set it to take up the whole YouTube screen though.

Hello =) I have a question!
My video is created within runescape and only showing runescape video, BUT my topic is something i would like to make in person and display a picture in one second of my video, would this disqualify me? =(

If you're using Windows Movie Maker and want your video to be wide-screen do this:
1) Click "tools" at the top of Windows Movie Maker, then click "options"
2) When the "options" box pops-up, you should see a tab at the top that says "advanced" ...click "advanced" if it's not already selected
3) Set the Aspect Ratio to "16:9" then click okay :P

You can include content not featured in RuneScape such as a picture as long as the Ad is RuneScape-based and the added media does not conflict with the RuneScape rules or YouTube's terms of service.
