Right, the last rp was a complete disaster, and I am ashamed at the behaviour of certain individuals used during this time. No one person is to blame for what happened, whilst one person may have started it, others escalated it to a point unnecessary. To avoid this in the future I am laying down some ground rules for any future rps.
1. Any council meeting must be planned at least 1 week in advance, so as many as possible can be accommodated.
2. No faction may have more than 2 members of said faction present at the council.
3. Any Non Zamorakian must have been brought by a Zamorakian as a guest, however said Zamorakian must get the approval of at least half the online members before bringing them in. They will be searched for weapons and can be kicked out at any time, if kicked out they cannot reattend another meeting unless all members online at said meeting agree.
4. The standard teleblocking measures have been upgraded so as the only way someone could listen in on the meeting is if a member of the council brings in a device allowing someone else to listen in, provided the device is not detected.
5. Whilst Zamorak is the god of chaos, that does not give people the right to act immaturely ooc, those who attended tonight will be forgiven but if this happens again, they will not be allowed to attend future meetings.
Anyone who has a problem with these new rule changes will speak to me in game, NOT through this thread. The aim of this is to create an environment to encourage Zamorakian RP and to create enthralling debate. Not to belittle or be rude to other people. I do not want to bring in a blacklist and I want to still believe that everyone can be given a chance.
