Welcome to the Old School RuneScape Role-Playing Hub, we are a community of veteran and new role-players who are devoted to generating role-play on World 342. We are committed to creating a drama-free environment that promotes freelance, faction-based role-play and the creativity of role-players. Our mission is to create a welcoming and accepting environment that celebrates the creativity and fun that role-play can bring, not to create an environment of toxic land ownership competitions and clique-based elitism.

We want to welcome new role-players with open arms and provide all the help we can to teach them the basics and help them enjoy the entertainment that role-playing can bring. So if you’re a veteran role-player who wants to get back into role-playing, but does not play RuneScape 3 or an Oldschool RuneScape player who has always been interested in role-playing, we hope you’ll join us! Simply create a character sheet on the forums or private message one of our admin team and we’ll help you get started and answer any questions you may have.

Roleplay Rules

1. Be fair. No Godmodding, Lore-break, Metagaming, or Auto-actioning. Lore-bend is acceptable within reason, and is not to allow one's character to be overpowered and unfair.

2 . No mahjarrat or dragonkin characters, they are defined as overly powerful and also diminutive in species number

3. Player-owned-kingdoms or cities are not allowed, NPC rulers are recognized instead.

4. Player-owned-buildings are allowed so long as they are being used for role-play. If no role-play is generated on a regular basis, the building becomes fair game again

5. Player-owned-factions are allowed so long as they still recognize the faction's leader (example: Lord Daquarius of the Kinshra), same as rule 4 if there isn't regular activity

Follow Jagex's rules, this even applies in hosted events
