Shipping Routes
The Red Stripe Co. has somewhat static shipping routes for the most part, excluding special orders. The red line represents the companies orginal journey, and the blue represents the return, both of which are still undertaken today. The journey starts at the company's warehouse in Ardougne, the ship casts away carrying luxury goods from the market to trade in Port Khazard and Yanille, stocking up on runes and weapons. These are unloaded in Karamja for vanilla, tobacco and other exotic colonial items which are promptly delivered to Port Sarim.
At Sarim, the ship will stock up for the journey east to the Wushanko isles, where it trades for the usual eastern goods such as bamboo, gunpowder and cherrywood. After a brief tour of the Arc and the Skull, the ship will return to Sarim to unload the cargo in the company's main warehouse, embarking to Mudskipper point to careen and perform maintenance upon the vessel before the return journey to Ardougne.
The green line represents the newer shipping lane, used both ways for more specialty cargo transport. This route links the Company mining industries in Burthorpe, Camelot and Sarim with the large warehouses of Ardougne and the eastern colonial holding of Mos Le'Harmless, as well as the links out to the Arc and Skull.

Company Hierarchy
The Red Stripe splits its operations into three large Chambers of Commerce, the Eastern (yellow), Central (blue), and Western (red) Chambers. These areas act semi-separate to each other, each overseen by one of the Board of Directors, with a hierarchy spanning down into many appropriate areas - such as clerks, men-at-arms, and appropriate general workers for the areas industries.
While the Directors of the Eastern, Central and Western Chambers form the board, a chairman is appointed to have overarching control of the entire Company. This position is often held by the Director of the Central Chamber, also known as the Grand Chamber. This chamber is not only responsible for industry and trade within the Central Chambers boarders, but is also responsible for control of the colonial holdings. It is expected of the Chairman to also keep an interest in both the East and West, to assure all is going smoothly.
There are however a number of departments within the company that are not split by area, such as naval operations which possess overarching Rear, Vice and Full Admiral ranks to oversee the various Red Stripe Captains and organise the warships of the Company throughout all areas of business and across the open sea.
The Company also possesses it's own Men-At-Arms units, often recruited from benefactors or mercenary companies, that act as a military force in the colonies, as well as a guard force in the mainland. These Men-At-Arms are usually hired separate in each Chamber, with a Commander in each to control the garrison.
