Follow-Up:

• The Inquisition captured Cassandra Nocte, subjecting her to torture through Robin Dawnsong.

• Coalition Magi Felix Nocte, Cog Ares, and a disguised Thalia Renderra assault Dawnsong tower to recover Cassandra.

• Vauna Vandrake looses a heavily enchanted holy bolt at Felix Nocte, nearly killing him.

• Thalia and Nova Renderra and Anna Nocte work to get Felix in a stable condition.

• Anna Renderra-Nocte and Rex Silversmith try and talk to Ekaterina Renderra, but find she is willing to stand by the Inquisition if the hunt turns to her nephew, Darius Nocte for Chronomancy.

• Anna and Kat fight in Falador soon after, with Anna getting support earlier in the fight from Darius and Rex, and later from Magus Concendo and Rend Sula'mane.

• Both sisters collapse from Magical Exhaustion, and Ekaterina is captured by the Coalition, in a state of near death.

• Out of prior-stated Thalia's wishes to keep her mother alive, Magus and Rend give her some anima, to keep her life force going.

• Kat wakes up, in a carefully constructex containment cell.

Generally calm and collected, as is any respectable mage of Saradomin. However, in less formal situations, such as singular talks and with the people she is comfortable with, Jyoti becomes much more casual, to the point the difference can be jarring. However, on the battlefield that calm turns into a stone wall against which the darkness breaks, driven away by light and fury. In particularly high-stress situations, Jyoti becomes incredibly tense, tending to snap at the slightest provocation.

Any battlefield function, where magic cannot be used well. Close-in situations can be dangerous due to backlash from said magic. Heaver weapons as well - anything bigger than a scimitar or a dagger is nigh-unusable to her.

About what you can expect from an only child of a pair of mages the northern parts of Asgarnia. Mountains and hunting were the norm, tracking and secrecy were about as useful as eating. Stealth became vital, and the ability to cook and trap an animal at the same time was doubly useful. Eventually, it came time for her to make her own path in the world, and having a ready-made cause, payment, and roof over her head was useful enough to entice her into signing onto the Inquisition.

COMMENTS / EXAMINATION »
Exemplary combatant under stealth; respected by her peers; detail oriented; unbreakable. There’s not a whole lot more to mention; she is an effective member of the unit while in the field and maintains strict discipline off the field. It does seem thats he tends to have more difficulty interacting with non-warriors than others within her groups, however. Jyoti is also an inspired tactician; this is certainly related to her ability to acquire and digest information. There are times when her ability to read a situation — even with what many would consider cripplingly limited information — could be described as supernatural.

Although it is noted in her medical records that she has exhibited symptoms of mild Sociopathic Disorder, in the past there have been no indications of a relapse post-therapy [05/01/01].
